Tim O'Brien won't be around for the rest of the Major Series Lacrosse semifinal series between the Peterborough Lakers and his Oakville Rock. O'Brien gets a four-game suspension for receiving two game misconducts for his actions in the game. He won't be eligible until into the MSL finals if the Rock advance.

No other suspensions were assessed following the game, although Commissioner Jim Brady has said that he will be notifying the teams that he will be paying attention to the series and further unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
